NC Concealed Carry Handgun

Take the first step to a concealed carry handgun permit. This class provides the training and certificate needed to apply for the concealed carry handgun permit at any Sheriff's Office in North Carolina. You must be at least 21 years old and a North Carolina resident to attend. This course satisfies the classroom requirement to earn a NC Concealed Carry Permit. * Maximum capacity: 20 students per class. * Class meets in the LeGrand Center located at 1800 East Marion Street Shelby, NC 28152 promptly at 9am. Class will transfer to the Foothills Shooting Complex located at 283 Fielding Road Cherryville, NC 28021 at 3pm for the hands on skills portion.

Notes for class - please read carefully.

- Bring 50 rounds of ammunition and a handgun.

- Do not bring a loaded handgun or ammunition into the classroom.

- Leave your unloaded handgun and ammunition in your vehicle.

- All students must bring eye and ear protection.

- You are welcome to bring personal snacks and drinks for the day. None will be provided.

- Students must pay $16 for use of the Foothills Shooting Complex on the day of class.
